I’ve had the privilege of speaking at some incredible events this year, sharing insights on the evolving landscape of work, the power of AI, and the future of career development. From partnering with Kepler + Co at the Santander Work Café in London, to the topical discussions on skills based organisations at the Learning Technologies Conference at Excel London, and Netex We Love Learning Conference in Madrid,Spain.
My highlight was the session with HR Masters students at Nottingham University - we covered everything from evidence based practise to the reality of working with and inside organisations.
